Security deposit and rental rates are quoted calendar monthly, and payable monthly in advance

  • Keeping in touch with the tenant/resident on a routine basis
  • Tenant/Resident is responsible for specific utilities
  • Tenant/Resident is responsible for content/liability insurance
  • Digital photos upon move-in and vacating of property

Landlord Services Include:

  • Absentee landlords
  • Visiting you at your property
  • Advising you as needed
  • Advertising
  • Locating suitable tenants/residents
  • Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks
  • Security deposits are held in a designated Client Account
  • Complete credit, criminal and eviction background checks
  • Receiving rental payments
  • Supervising the transfer of gas, electricity and water fees
  • Inspecting the property periodically, and reporting any problems to you
  • Arranging any necessary repairs or maintenance
  • Rekeying units after each tenant/resident vacates the property
  • Attendance at Association meetings
